We process your personal data with care and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Controller

What data and why
When you send the contact form, order by e-mail or book an appointment, we process your name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message – solely to answer your question, provide the service or order and communicate with you.
Health data
Health data (for example from the conversation before a session) is a special category of personal data. We process it only with your explicit consent and only to the extent needed for the session. Please do not enter detailed health information in the contact form.
Legal bases
We process data on the basis of your consent (contact form, health data), to perform a contract or take steps before entering into one (booking, order) and to meet legal obligations (for example accounting).
Processors
To run the site and our services we use external providers: FormSubmit (forwarding contact-form messages to our e-mail address), Lime Booking (online booking, where their terms also apply), our website hosting provider and our e-mail provider. FormSubmit is a US provider, so contact-form data is transferred to a third country; if you prefer, write to us directly at hello@nuvita.si. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so your visit is not shared with third parties.
Server logs
For security and troubleshooting, the server automatically records the IP address, time of visit, requested page and browser type. These logs are kept for a short time and are not used for profiling.
Retention
We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to communicate with you and then delete them. Order and invoice data is kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing, request data portability or withdraw your consent – write to us at hello@nuvita.si. If you believe the processing is unlawful, you can lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si).
Cookies
The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. When you choose a language manually, we store the strictly necessary cookie nv_lang (1 year) to show you that language on your next visit.
